We develop the questionnaire based on your organization’s competency model. If you don’t already have one, we can provide you with an existing questionnaire from our competency library or we can develop one together. - Select the people you want to receive feedback from
You can select people from different categories: your N+1 or supervisor, colleagues, team members, project members, internal customers, etc. You will also be asked to reflect on your own behavior. - Immediately available feedback report
You will receive an automatically generated individual report. If multiple individuals participated, we can also generate group reports. - Take charge of your learning with actionable insights
You will get a clear overview of feedback by competency, open-ended questions and also a breakdown of feedback by respondent category in the report. The report also includes several self-reflective questions and a template for an action plan you can use to take control of your development.
